Rev. Lynne O'Shea, Pastor and Teacher

Pastor Lynne is a native of Central Massachusetts and most of her family still lives there, including her two grown daughters and her seven grandchildren who she adores. She earned a BA in History and an M.ED in Middle School Education from Worcester State University in Massachusetts and an M.Div. from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary in Columbia, South Carolina. She served churches in Midwest City, Oklahoma and in Johnstown, Pennsylvania prior to being called to be the Pastor of Holy Cross. She is absolutely delighted to be back in the Arkansas-Oklahoma Synod, and she feels tremendously blessed to be serving in ministry with this congregation.

Daniel Schmidt, Music Director

Baptized and raised Lutheran, church music has always been a part of Dan's life. Influenced by his Mom and Dad, and led by the Holy Spirit, the Lutheran Hymnal was a standard on the family piano. He likes all types of worship music from traditional to contemporary, and Christmas music is his most favorite of all. Dan grew up in Grafton, WI, where he met and married his high school sweetheart Donna. Together they have two children, and two granddaughters that they love to spend time with. Dan loves to bake and dabble in all kinds of art whether it be candle making, stained glass, and even quilting.
